Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, one of the fastest-growing mortgage companies in the nation, announced today a strategic partnership between its veteran-focused division, Lending to Heroes, and Veterans Homebuyers Network, a nationally recognized resource dedicated to educating and supporting military and veteran homebuyers.
The collaboration positions Lending to Heroes as a premier advisory and lending platform for active-duty service members, veterans, and their families seeking guidance on home purchasing, refinancing, and financing strategies tailored to military benefits.
As part of this initiative, Nationwide Mortgage Bankers will also reposition its longstanding veteran lending group, First Veterans Mortgage, within the Lending to Heroes division. The combined effort will be led by Jeff Rosen, Executive Vice President, who will oversee all veteran-related initiatives under the Lending to Heroes banner.
Through the partnership, David Nedlin, President of Veterans Homebuyers Network and a nationally recognized expert in veteran housing benefits, will serve as an external advisor to the Lending to Heroes program. In this role, he will help expand educational resources, provide strategic insight into veteran benefits for home financing, and support initiatives that empower military families with the knowledge needed to maximize their homeownership opportunities.
