Jeff Rosen is the Executive Vice President of Lending to Heroes, where he leads the company’s mission of serving first responders, veterans, healthcare professionals, educators, and other community heroes through strategic, relationship-driven mortgage solutions. With over 30 years in the mortgage and financial services industry, Jeff brings deep expertise, operational leadership, and a client-first philosophy to every aspect of the business.

Jeff began building his discipline and competitive mindset as a standout athlete, earning All-American honors as an offensive guard at the University of Delaware.

He later went on to play professional football, further shaping the resilience, teamwork, and performance standards that define his leadership style today.  He holds a degree in Finance and Economics, which supports his analytical, data-driven approach to lending strategy, risk evaluation, and client financial guidance.

Throughout his career, Jeff has held senior leadership roles across banking, mortgage, and lending organizations, helping clients navigate complex lending landscapes and expanding access to homeownership and capital solutions as a licensed mortgage loan originator.

Jeff resides in Marco Island, Florida with his business partner, Dr. Debbie Rosen. Together, they share a passion for serving their community and building mission-driven businesses that support those who serve others.
