“They deserve more.”
That’s what Jeff Rosen said in 2008 when doing mortgages for police officers in New Jersey. After closing thousands of mortgages for clients over nearly two decades, he wanted to give back to those in law enforcement who came to him for advice on their home financing as a courtesy for their service to the local community. And just like that, the benefit of giving back the cost of lender fees to clients began. Jeff made a promise to all members of law enforcement that trusted him with their mortgage needs: he would cover their lender fees as a thank you for their service. He didn’t stop there. Jeff (son of a Korean war veteran) expanded his gratitude to others who serve and care for others including veterans, firefighters, educators, healthcare workers, and municipal workers. Today, Lending to Heroes supports thousands of clients every year through a dedicated team of licensed mortgage professionals, processing and operations staff, marketing and business development, and leaders all dedicated to support those who serve others.
You deserve more…..and we’re always there for you.
